2009

First pub opens

Igor Kokourov, chain’s founder, together with a partner opens a pub in Irkutsk. Nobody believes that an Irish pub could be of interest to anybody in Siberia, but this is just the beginning of a big story.

2010

First pubs of our partners open

Harat's develops as a chain and a new brand. In Krasnoyarsk, the partners of the chain open several first Harat’s pubs. The Irkutsk office, at the request of companies from different regions, is preparing the launch of a franchise.

2011

First franchise and chain growth

A businessman from Kemerovo becomes the first franchisee of Harat’s. With the support of the Irkutsk team, the Kemerovo startup is being prepared for launch. In Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar, partners open new pubs.

2012

Geographical expansion of Harat’s

A start of franchise project in Kemerovo. Overall, in Russia, there are 36 locations in 13 cities. FoodService magazine names Harat's the fastest growing pub chain in Russia.

2013

Franchisees’ symposium. Recognition of Harat’s Pub chain.

The first symposium of franchisees takes place in the homeland of Harat's, on the island of Olkhon. The Harat's Pub network receives the Golden Brand award, becoming the first among beer franchises, and is also included in the TOP-10 of the best ideas at EWMS-2013.

2014

Exchange of experience with colleagues from Ireland

43 pubs are open in 19 cities (20 branches and 23 franchised ones). A group of Harat's Pub franchisees and Harat's Russia employees travel to Dublin, where they meet with representatives of the world association Irish Pubs Global.

2015

Harat’s symposium takes place in Sochi

A symposium of Harat's Russia takes place in Sochi (it lasts 2 days, 75 people from 38 cities participate). The founder of the chain, Igor Kokourov, becomes one of the headliners of Gastreet Show festival.

2016

First Harat’s pub opens in Europe

Harat's Pub symposium takes place in Almaty (Kazakhstan). The chain consists now of 72 pubs in 43 cities of Russia, 2 pubs in Kazakhstan (Almaty), first location in Europe opens – Harat’s Pub in Zagreb (Croatia).

2017

Harat's European headquaters open

Business interest towards European franchise of Harat's Pub grows. To support and develop this activity, the European office of Harat's opens. Launch of the third pub of the chain in Kazakhstan (Astana).

2018

New award and legal issues

Harat’s Pub chain takes first place in Irish Pubs Global Awards ranking. Two court cases on compliance with the franchise agreement and copyrights are won. First pub in the USA (Miami) opens.

2019

Harat’s Pub chain turns 10. WHEREVER YOU GO

Ubiquitous implementation of new visual identity and chain’s slogan, developed in cooperation with Repina Branding and No Design. Extensive celebration of the 10th anniversary of Harat’s Pub on two continents.

2020

Football, branded lager, and new concept

The Harat's Pub chain gets the status of the official pub of Russian football fans from RFU (Russian Football Union). The brand “Harat’s Lager by Zhiguli Barnoe” is created in partnership with MBC. A new concept pub, Harat's Republic, opens in Sochi.

2021

Лидер рейтинга пивных сетей России

10 новых пабов: четыре предприятия в Москве и три региональных проекта. При этом активно происходит освоение европейского пространства. Пабы Harat’s были открыты в Любляне (Словения), Сплите (Хорватия) и Белграде (Сербия).
